Buy automobile at end of lease

I currently lease a 2010 Mercedes Benz and would like to purchase the automobile at lease end. I have 20 years of credit, my three Fico scores are 721, 726 & 729. Iam now retired and would like to avail myself of the 1.99 rate; the residual on the automobile is $31,000 and I will give $5000 down payment. Will I have a problem.

Assuming that you have good payment history on your lease ( and on any previous auto loans/leases ) then I would think that you'll be ok.   Is the 2% rate thru MBFS ?
