Can I Lease a BMW?

hi everybody! 

This is my first time using the forums, I'm new to leasing, actually new to getting a car! 

I have a 700 credit score on all three. I want to lease a 2015 BMW 435i Series Gran Coupe

im trading in my car. I own a new business and make roughly 4-10k a month and am a live at home student.

no debt at all. What are my chances at getting approved? Sorry I am a newbie to all this! Hope someone can help me out!

Without knowing more about your credit file, based on the information you provided I'd say you have a very good chance at approval.

How many accounts you have.  Overall utilization. Debt to income and hold old is your credit file.  Here's a link with information about necessary info.  Keep in mind that generally it's more difficult to get approved for a lease vs. financing
