Can I get my money back

I bought a car 5 days ago but it seen that was a bad decition can buy bring the car back to the dealership and ask for my money back. I live in NJ

You can certainly try ... but I doubt that you would be successful unless your purchase agreement contains a limited-time return policy.

What about exchange will tha count as reposition

@I agree with @ezdriver...  What does your contract/paperwork say?  Is there a clause in there somehow?

Depends upon the dealership. If its one of those BHPH type - they specialize in not taking the car back after you drive off the lot. Look to your contract as the others have suggested. If you are beyond the return period (which is typcially none at many dealerships) then you either need to sell it or trade it. Be very, very carefull if you bring the vehicle back to the dealer - they may try to say its a repo rather than a trade which would hurt your credit.
