I am BRAND new here. Joined FF Challenge today- hooray!
I have a 27.5k ish balance that I would like to refi on a vehicle that is currently financed through CapitalOne Auto Finance at 18.1%. I have tried to get this refinanced multiple times and now have 13 inquiries on my report this year.
I can easily afford the payments as this is my only REAL debt that I do not PIF each month (I do need to pay down my secured cards, just came back from vacation.)
Strong income of $300k+ can't pay car off due rebuild from Ch7 discharge this Jan. Not enough cash sitting around due to cash flowing 2 private college educations right now.
Just hate paying the interest. Recently increased payments to $1000 per month to speed payoff. Will still take years.
Thanks for any advice regarding potential BK friendly banks that will get me sub 10%
