Co signer Trade

Does anyone know if there is a way to trade a car without a the co signer present? Is there a form of something I can take with me with their signature or do they have to be present? Also does it matter who is the primary if there is a way to do it? I think I am actually the co signer on the loan and the other party is primary but it has been my car they just structured it for the best terms I guess.

Both parties will have to sign off because both are on the title IIRC
