If you're willing to do 36 months, PenFed has 0.99%, but your monthly payments are going to be up there and so you'd need enough income for DTI to make sense.
Yeah, I think that the monthly payments are more than I would feel comfortable with at 36. But it's always good to know! Thanks for all the help, this is all very educational
