If you want to get approved by a non-BMW financial institution, I suggest putting Employed and using the 100k+ income as your stated income. If they verify, you could try offer letter but that may not work. Again a lot of banks won't verify given your FICO. Maybe try BofA if you haven't already but do it "right" this time.
