How old is the judgement? That will be something you may be able to explain.


Having a nice down payment always helps. 


You may also want to look and see if any manufacturers have a first time buyer program. Hyundai and Ford both come to mind.


Finally, find an experienced auto buyer to help you navigate the process. Family member, friend, just someone who can be your wing man when the negotiations begin.

Ultimately approved with Nissan for 29k with a 1k down payment thanks guys
