Does anyone know about those new car offers that will pay off your trade in no matter what you owe?

How does this work?  DOes it still work if you are upside down on your current loan?

They'll pay off your trade, but they'll roll any negative equity (what you owe above what the car is worth) into your new loan. So then you'll end up waaaaayyyy upside down on your new car.

Either that or you'll pay sticker pricer for the car.
