I had an Infiniti QX56 that was sold at auction in 2007 with a balance of just under $19k... fast forward and I had lots of issues of Infiniti being cute and putting a negative Infiniti Tradeline AND a Negative Nissan Tradeline on my reports for the same account.... I fought and fought and all of a sudden one day after disputing probably 10+ times over a period of 2 years both accounts came off TU and EX in late 2011. Fast forward to few months ago and Infiniti Approved me for Tier 1 Lease and over the 3 months that I went back and forth being stupid on buying or not on a new car they pulled my credit 3 times... all 3 times they pulled TU and DID indeed give me the lease and Tier 1... I just kept holding my breath do they really not see this because they didn't pull that report or....

I just don't understand how some companies do their reporting etc....
A few years ago well back in the 90's I had a card go bad with Sears
they reported the same account 3 seperate times and talking to different
lenders they all said that sears was very spiteful ![]()
after all the trouble we've had with drivetime, I would never ever recommend them to anyone
they didn't hold up their end of the warrenty and that is why we told them to just come get the car.
