Yes it is. I recently leased through Ford Motor Credit with a Score of 681. If I would have financed the vehicle, I qualified for their tier I financing which gave me 0% for 60 months or 1.9% for 72 months.
I think you should be ok. I purchased a car last weekend from Toyota and a credit score of 650 was required to qualify for the 0% offer they had going.
