I understand that PenFed goes by Fico 9 scores. I just bought my reports and mine are terrible, barely touching 600 and one even a 588. So I'm wondering what creit union i can join that goes by a different module lke DCU? What module and scoring system do they use? My regular Fico scores are mid 6's which is much better than Fico 9's. Any advice or experience? Also is it as easy to join DCU if you have no military background?
