Leased a vehicle from Ford on 3/4. Finance manager had me in the "Tier 2" range.
Took delivery of the vehicle and love it. Called Ford Motor Credit this morning to get information to make my first payment and the had no record of me, the vehicle, etc.
Called the dealership and told them what's going on. Spent a day waiting for call backs and finally spoke with the finance manager this afternoon.
All they said was that the loan was not funded yet and there was a "glitch" with Ford Motor Credit. Their finance director is working the issue and "all hands are on deck"
My trade in has been paid off already and my down payment check has been cashed.
Should I be concerned?
I'm in MN if that makes any difference.
Please help.
