Ford Lease for a new grad

I spoke to a Ford Financing specialist and he said that they are much more flexible with new grads. I'm wanting to lease a Ford Edge only if I can get a good deal. I do qualify as a new grad, but I'm a 34 year old new grad with 5 cc's 1 yr old with great history and 2 collections from 2009 that I'm trying to get off my report. I also have a good student loan history for about 5 years. Low DTI, income about $62,000. I'm also a nurse, I think job title might make a difference.

I may also qualify as a first time buyer since my paid off auto loan is no longer reporting.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
