So my wife had a 5 yr loan with Ford Motor Credit Corp that we paid off after one year. We have been trying for the past 3 months to get Ford to report the loan to the CRA. They never did and today they sent me out a letter stating that while they admitted they had not reported the loan it was now too late to do anything as the loan was already closed. The credit analyst stated that once a loan is paid off the acct cannot be reported to the CRA. I immed fired off a letter to the VP of Ford Credit EO offices demanding an explanation. Any ideas.?
