Re: Going Rate?

Depends on where you apply but for a CU that should be tier 1 for whatever rates they offer. I know for a fact it is tier 1 with DCU and NFCU

Re: Going Rate?

NFCU and DCU  uses Fico 04 not Fico 08

Ok, let me rephrase as I was referring to the scores and not the model.

A score of 719+  should qualify OP for tier 1. So, if the lender pulls a score like that, OP will probably get the best rate. But yes, I am aware of the models that NFCU and DCU pull as I am members of both.

I am a member of both also just was making sure OP was aware of the model they use  and good luck to the OP on great rate.

Re: Going Rate?

u will have to buy them here from MyFico unless u are a member of DCU  and it will be your EQ beacon 5 score which is AKA FICO 04 hope this helps.
