Re: Going Rate?

That's sounds good, I'm trying to decide between DCU and PenFed.

Re: Going Rate?

I would look at the rates from both of them. They both are good.

I was instantly approved online for my refinance with PenFed and I love them, can't say enough good things about the process and how helpful they were on the phone.

Re: Going Rate?

You'll qualify for most low interest loans from captive lenders (IE Ford Credit)

 Currently

0% for 60 months + rebate in most cases from Ford Credit (15's and some 16's)

 0% for 66 months on remaining 2015's Kia/Hyundai Credit

0% for 75 months on remaining 2015's and some 2016's Chrysler

0% for 72 months on remaining 2015's Nissan

 DCU -

 1.9% for 72 months

 Capital One

 1.99% for 72 months

I'll second that.  Penfed has been amazing to work with.  I'm also a fan of Logix.  I've tried a couple of times with DCU, once to refi and once to purchase.  I found that Penfed was much easier to work with.

Re: Going Rate?

DCU a FICO04 score of 675 gets your Tier 1 financing. I got a 1.49% rate in March. I believe they are closer to 2-2.49% now though.
Don’t take your credit for granted, use it with care! These days, catch me in the bankruptcy forum!?
