Got approved by VW for a lease (with a co-signer, of course). Very excited. Really wondering what it'll do to my scores once the loan gets reported. I currently have 5 unpaid charge-offs that are due to fall off in 2 years.

If you already have an installment loan it probably will have little to no effect on your score.

Revolving CC's are the biggest score influence... much more than installment loans.
