Anyone Had experience to rebuild credit and apply for BMW Finance?
I looking for lease BMW 428i coupe.i reserch BMWFS usually pulled EX in CA.problem is my EX score is not bad but had 2 negative Record.its both Charge off since 2010.
my EX score is Fico Auto 8 710 and Fico Auto 2 705.I'd total 4 credit card line which is Capitalone(3500),Chase UA(6500),Discover(13700) and Chase sapphire(22000) of credit utilization 6% never late or missed payment this 4 account into last 3yrs.
last month i paid off my first auto loan for 36mo.now my credit history length to 10yrs Average over 3yrs.
my Experian report below.

Total Credit Account : 7
Total installment : 1
Closed Account : 2
Negative Account : 2
Fico 8 Score is 690 Inquiry 7 (Auto 8 710 / Auto 2 705)
Credit Utilization : 6% (total Revolve Limit 45700)
2 Charge off Credit Card Account since 2010 (paid Settle and Paid in full)
1 Auto loan Paid in full (36mo)
1 Clean record Credit card Closed since 2008
any other line never late or missed payment.
please someone help me out.i trying for Buy rate from BMW but if i cant reach top tier i dismiss it.Thankyou for read.
