Hello
I have a GM financial car loan. maturity date is 11/14/2017 i have 3 payments left. i have $1400 in late fees.
What are my options? They told me to pay off loan balance and i can arrange to pay the late fees with the expired loan dept.
I dont have the funds to pay off total due by the 14th of November ! do you have 29 days after maturity before anything can be reported late????
