Honda Credit Tiers

Anyone know Honda tiers. Info isn't for me cause I believe I should get the best rates. But I have a friend in the mid 600s. Thank you!

I know 720+ is usually their top rate, and 680-719 is typically their 2nd tier, not sure below that. I know they typically add 1% for the next tier down, then 2% per tier below.

I purchased a new Pilot 4/2011. I was told Tier 1 started at 700. I was 2 point under and they gave it to me anyway. 1.9% for 60 months.
