I just applied for Honda financing online and I was denied. I wasn't expecting it, my salary is decent, my scores are all in the 700s and I have zero negative items (I just checked all three). Very confused. I do have high student loans, but all deferred for over a year and still they have always been paid on time. I have one CC with utilization under 20% and always paid on time. Could the student loans be the problem though? I have an open car loan that has always been paid on time (for 3 years) and that is it.
