Honda Financing Pre-approval!

Just got pre-approved for Honda Financing! There was no mention of an interest rate. Is that normal? What should I be doing next, as this is my first car financing experience? Also, is this pre-approval a guaranteed approval?

DTI between 25 and 30%
No previous auto loans, but I do have a personal loan
No baddies or collections

Yes normal.

You should also get pre-approvals from your bank, and a couple credit unions to shop interest rates.

Pre-approval does not mean guanteed approval. 

You should get approved for a decent rate.
