Who knows at this point. I put $6,000 down (a very large chunk IMO) and my annual income is around 45k. If we add my wife in we come to around 60k, but the loan is solely in my name. It's pretty much just a miracle.

Starting Score: 560 on 11/1/11
Current Score: 578 on 10/04/12
Goal Score: 650 for starters
