Need way more details on your current loan and what main purpose to refinance is.
I need to lower my monthly payment, my apr is 16.8% and I've had the car for almost 4 years. still 27 more months to go
Have you tried a CU?
What is your current DTI? I ask this because you said you have everything in your name and not your husbands name too.
Pull your auto enhanced scores so you have an accurate idea of where you are now with your scores. I assume the scores you posted are the FICO 08 scores - or are they from some place else?

Whats the total loan amount and current payment?

$395 monthly and pay off $8840 ( I think)
my plan was to change this car for a bigger car, when I purchase this car (Ford Fiest) I only had my oldest son, now I have a toddler and 2 niece that I'm taken care off. That why I said I changed my mind
Ok what is the 10 day payoff amount? What year, make model, mileage and options does the car have?
Your EQ score should get you much better rates on a refinance as long as what you owe on the vehicle doesn't result in much negative equity.
Also the change your mind does that mean you are no longer wanting to refinance and are just planning to trade it in? In that case I would suggest finance alone provide the above so i can help you with what your car is worth and provide the above details on the veichle you are looking at getting (price, model, mileage year etc) so I can tell you if you'd be a good candidate for DCU.
Thanks,
Sam
