Is it possible to refi a lease that is in my hubby's name ?  My scores are a bit higher and I would like to refi and put it in my name. How would that work?  Would I request a pay off and buy it from him?

How long has he had it? Payments?

do you plan to keep the car long term?

The payment is probably seriously go up to buy it out but if your going to keep it might be a good idea.

you can get current payoff through automated system, just choose cash as option or else it won't give it to you.
