My partner and I, of 4 years, just financed a car together just two days ago. I had a question about the inquires that he and I receieved. Why are the types different? Heck one says credit cards/airlines.

TRANSUION
1stMidamerica- Type:Credit Union
Ally Financial Inc- Type:National CreditCards/Airlines
Capital One Auto Finance (COAF)- Type:Finance
Oliver C. Jos- Type:Automotive
Are Ally and Cap One being coded differently on each report? If so, why?
