Is Springboard for real?

I did a pre-approval and they said I am pre approved for a car loan 100%. up to 38 k loan. I am looking for a under 20 k loan. Rebuilding credit so I was quoted a 8.69 loan for 60 months, Alliant credit union can do 8.5 % if I use their true car value service. Is Springboard as safe as Alliant credit union?

What do you mean by safe?  Are you worried they won't honor the preapproval??

I have read at least one post of someone having success with them.  Don't know anything beyond that
