Just bought a car..

So about two weeks ago I purchased a car, my husband and I tried to have him co-sign with me, but the dealership called us back two days after and said to qualify for the lower interest rate, we had to remove him from the loan, now his credit score has taken an even bigger hit from the inquiries, is there any way we can dispute the inquiries on his credit score? (we are trying to get his score up enough to purchase a home). As well, I know the dealership "shopped" my loan, nothing is coming up on my credit yet, but is it going to take a hit with multiple inquiries? Thanks!

Congrats!

No, you can not dispute the inquiry. Plus he authorized it, so it's valid.

You will take a hit too. If they coded the inquiries as auto loan then the multi hits will be looked at as one, so 7 auto loan inquires will equal 1 if done within 14 days I believe it is.
