Kia Lease App -- WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

So I applied for a kia lease, but I am not sure what this message means.  Its not an outright denial and I would be surprised if I was denied.  I am wondering because it just it the two years since I moved if it has something to do with matching to my credit report?  It isnt a really straighforward message.  Thoughts?  The message is as follows:

"We are unable to provide you with an online approval with the information you provided.  Please see your dealer to discuss completing your credit application and to discuss financing."

i used to work at at a ford dealership, and sometimes they want to verify your information. 

sometimes they also want to see your paystubs and things like that. 

when i bought my honda accord they wanted to verify my income with my paystubs and they called my employer to verify i worked there.

I would imagine it would be something along those lines?  Otherwise the would have outright said so
