If i make a large lease payment will it lower my payments?

I know if you make a large payment with a conventional loan it doesnt.

no.

A lease is not a loan.  It is a rental agreement for a specified period of time.  Just like an apartment.  If you leave an apartment early you pay penalties and forfeit your deposit.  An auto lease is the same.  If you trash the apartment, you will pay damages, just like an auto lease.
