Lease Questions for Lexus Financial Services

I guess this would apply to any make/model. If I want to lease, let's say in this case a Lexus, doI have to lease through Lexus FS, or can I work a lease through a third party? Also, what are my chances of being approved?

My socres today (through myfico of course):

TU: 723

EQ: 720

EX: 709

I do have a number of recent inquiries (10) though from an app spree last month. Unfortunately, I am unable to let my scores rebound a bit as I need the car ASAP for work.

My Wallet: Amex BCP $19.5K | BOA Cash Rewards $15K | BOA Better Balance $10K | Cap One Venture $10K | Cap One QS $3K | Chase Freedom $4.5K | Barclay Rewards WMC $5K | Citi Simplicity $8.4K | Discover It! $2K | Huntington Voice $5K | PNC Cash Builder VS $17.5K | Total Rewards VS $12K | Sams Club $7.5K

Agreed w/ creditaddict. You'll have no issues getting approved.

Here's a guide on how to negotiate for a new car. I think it'll esp. help w/ a lease. It might take a little while to read, but I think it's worth it (then again I wrote it haha so that "endorsement" isn't worth much):
