Low APR just raised

Most 1.49 APR auto loan rates have just jumped to 1.79%. Do the rates fluctuate often?

The Fed raised the rate a quarter point last quarter....it's just rolling on through the system.  The Fed says they will continue raising this year.....rates are only going to go UP.

And yet they are testing banks on negative interest rates for the first time. Im not convinced!
