Lowest score to get loan w/ GMAC?

Just noticed their are some great offers on the 2010 Dodge Nitro including 1.9% APR to "well qualified buyers." 

Does anyone know what would score would be considered "well qualified?"

It's been in my experience that anything over 620 will get you a decent rate but to get that 1.9% I would have to say they want you in the 700's

I figured a score in the 700's was needed for such a good offer.  I recently made some payments to all my CC's but I doubt they'll show up reported at the CRA's in time to get my score anywhere near there. 

Hopefully this won't be the last time they'll be offering such good financing deals!
