Motorcycle loan or re-finance auto loan?

I want to get a motorcycle but I don’t know if I would get a better rate and an easier approval on either loan? The loan will be for around $16K. It is to purchase a motorcycle but the better rate is also a factor.

What is your interest rate / balance on your current auto loan and how much longer do you have to pay ?

Refinance the auto loan if you have a high rate. Then look and see if motorcycle fits your "needs" not "wants"

Re: Motorcycle loan or re-finance auto loan?

I paid auto loan off already 2005 Toy. Tacoma. Looking at lower end Harley or Victory. Either one. not more than I need just perfect for rides and gas saving plus a little enjoyment. i haven't ran my  credit yet, wondering if I should just credit shop at the same time I do this so I know where I stand.

TU 635 EX 640 EQ 645  Cap1 = $500/ $105 Any suggestions? Any advice is welcomed here. Oh looking for discover or Citi card also to bump up my CL and mix of CC's. i currently only have one. Getting CLI on Cap1 is almost imposssible by posts.

Do the smart thing and buy a bike that's a couple years old with <10k miles for half the price of a new one or less. Tons of dimwits out there buying a motorcycle they thought they wanted and then losing their shirts a few years later. If it's your first bike, get one you won't feel upset about if you crash.
