Just got approved for an Auto Loan for $38,000 for 84 mths at 8.79%

Once again, these guys are the best. Its time to start looking at the Silverados.

WOW, I hope you let them run credit and try to get you a better rate through Chevy and you don't finance a truck for 84 months! omg burried for life in that loan!!!!

WOW, I hope you let them run credit and try to get you a better rate through Chevy and you don't finance a truck for 84 months! omg burried for life in that loan!!!!

The rate is actually lower for 60 or 72 mths but I wanted a lower monthly pmt which is why I opted for the 84 mth term. I dont plan on stretching the loan that far though. WIll double up on the payments whenever possible.

that makes no financial sense in any form... especially on a chevy product

DO NOT DO 84 MONTH TERMS!!!! If you need to do an 84 month term to lower your payments, you clearly can not afford the car. Maybe look at something used, or have chevy run your credit and try to get 0% over 6 years

I hate doing 72 months! and i just refinance into 60 and would really like to go even shorter and i bought a prius not a truck (the value will not hold 2 days to keep you afloat in that loan

agreed - 60 months or nothing!

I hate even 60 months, but I normally just do 60 months and then pay more towards the monthly payment (which goes towards principle)
