Need HELP with auto loan

Is there any way possible to get my name off of a car loan?  My boyfriend said he was going to pay for it, but now that we are not together the only way he will pay for the car is if he drives it but it is still in my name but he has it.   He has bad credit therefore cannot get a loan for himself.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Sadly, no. This is why you should never co-sign with anyone unless you are certain your relationship with them will last the length of the loan and they will continue to pay.

I recommend you talk to your ex about the situation and his credit scores and let him know that if he doesn't pay it will tank his scores as well and they will repossess the vehicle.
