New Baby means New Car

I am currently paying a car note for a 2005 ford mustang, which I purchased in feb. 2008. I have 5 more months left to pay. I have a 2 year old and I am expecting now with a due date of February 8 of next year. My husband & I planned to pay the mustang off in november with a no interest credit card and purchase a new car in january before the baby comes. I dont know if I should wait and just pay it off as scheduled or pay it off early. Our plan is to keep the mustang as a backup car so trading it in is not an option.  Any suggestions???

Re: New Baby means New Car

It's almost paid off, personally I wouldn't change anything.  Pay it off, then go get you a new one.
