New Credit Getting Second Auto Loan

Hi I have a question regarding a second auto loan. I am 19 years old but I have been building my credit since I turned 18. I have also been working since the age of 14 and I am currently a manager at a restaurant making 48k per year.  I have a credit score of about 745. Two months ago I leased my first car and I am currently only on the second payment ($400/month). Unfortunetly I am now in need of a second vehicle, a truck or wagon, as my work car. I am curious what the chances are of getting approved for a second car loan at this point. My credit is just over a year old and I have already leased a car this year. Is there any chance to get approved for a truck at about $45k? Will getting a cosigner with decent credit (700) help this process? Thanks.

They make trucks pretty fancy these days. I would just trade the car in on a high trim pick up and stick to having one payment. Also I'm curious to know what the restaurant trade requires a work truck for? If you are dead set on a dedicated work truck don't buy anything fancy, just spend 5-10k on an older model well-maintained truck that you won't mind beating up.
