If you score a 620 or higher with Nissan you qualify for their 60month special rates. Which can be as low as 0% on certain vehicles (altima, sentra). Unless you score over 650-660 with them a lease payment does not make sense. Their Tier 3 and under lease factors are very high and defeat the purpose of leasing. You need to score Tier 2 to qualify for extended term special rates over 60months. The dealers may ask you for some cash down if you are rolling negative, so make sure you arent over 110% invoice +++ because they will not be able to get you the financing rate and try to carry too much money,
