One late payment (30 days) with Chase

Hello all - its been a while....I will be brief.

Have a car loan with chase it was opened in 06.  there was a late payment in March 2008 of course it is affecting the report negatively.  Who should be contacted to negotiate removal of late payment?

is it likely that it will be removed? has anyone ever dealt with chase on that level?  I have been a long time customer and i have an account (checking and savings with them).  Oh and now the payments are on auto debit.

My Chase car loan had three 30s in 2007. I challenged through TU and while they told TU the payments had been verified, they instructed to delete anyway. So I think they'll take it off. Now I'm reaching back further and requesting (via GW letter this time) that they delete about 6 lates from back in 2004/2005. If I get that, the loan will be in perfect shape.
