Open Road Lending Auto Re Fi

I recieved a pre approval offer from Open Road Lending a few days ago. Just was wondering what other peoples experiences with this company has been. Any luck with getting a great offer? My current loan is with Santander have 5 years about 20k left at almost 18%! Help! LoL

Open Roads claim their lowest rate for a refi to be 2.79 percent APR. How does your score look?

Thank you for responding. im not sure exactly what my scores are at this point but as of January 2013 they all were in the mid  600s
