Hello
Recently applied for a PENFED auto loan and was declined.
Received a txt that listed the credit score used.
States Equifax but is 20 points lower than my lowest score, 48 pts lower than my top line, 44 pts. lower than my Auto 9, 50 pts lower than my Auto 8 and 64 pts lower than my Auto 5.
Are these results to be expected?
If not are there any actions I can take to have them pull a higher current score?
Thank you and look forward to your feedback and advice.
Mary
PenFed uses a Next Gen score
Ok, as I understand it nextgen scores are not available directly to consumers?
Thank you for the prompt response and information.
