I received a Pre-Approved Draft Check from Pen Fed for 50k for a Auto purchase or Re-Fi. Has anyone ever used one of these? Just wondering if it is as easy as it sounds, and if they will do a hard pull. Thinking about using it, have until Sept 30th to decide. Terms are 1.74% for a new car (up to 72 mos) or1.74 for a new car (up to 60 mos).
