Pending with DCU Auto Loan

Does anyone know how long a DCU Auto Loan might stay in Pending status before some movement happens? I applied on Friday the 4th and it's been pending ever since. Does anyone have a number I can call to see what might be holding up an answer? Thanks.

Unfortunately, they declined me due to my BK7 and too many inquiries. Oh well, we have Cap1 to fall back on.
