Yes, just went through this with them. I actually had to ask them to do another HP because we were denied a auto loan the first time because they used a January membership pull in March. We got several collections removed and reduced our utliazation reduced by a ton resulting in my scores improving by 60 points and my wifes by 89. I had to ask them to do another pull and then we were approved. The lady said they use any HP they have on file for 90 days unless the member requests a new one.
