Ok so I had a loan with CitiAuto that went into Repo status 10/07. I just recently noticed Santander has bought CitiAutos loans and now I am wondering does Santander have the ability to sue for a repo since I did not sign a contract with them but Citi auto?
They would maintain the same rights as Citi -- they now own your loan.
