We had our Subaru financed through Chase with no issues. I've actually never heard anything positive or negative about them to be honest. We just bought the car, paid through term and finished the loan as planned. Never any issues or a reason to talk to them in four years. Until they give a reason to worry about your auto loan, I wouldn't worry about it.
