Hi all,
I applied online for an auto loan and a day later received a pre-approval email, pending receipt of requested documents.
I went online to upload them and where it did say "referred" it now says "counter offer."
Does anyone have experience with this and know if that counter offer just means they need documents?
They are closed 'til Monday so I can't call unfortunately.
