I was approved for 1.9% on a 2012 Jetta TDI at the end of Feb. My score at the time was around a 660.
VW rates your credit on 4 tiers A-D. Only A tier credit gets 0%, there is an uprate for tiers B-D.
They do not look just at credit score. Deal structure (Downpay, Ect) makes a difference in the tier as well.
VW is a consertive comon sense lender. I would say give it a try.
If you are close to the NW Ohio area I would give Mod Cut. VW Credit provides their floorplan, so they do a lot of business with VW and can get some "tier bumps" done if they need to.
Also, the Jetta gets you 3 years no charge maintnance! I think it is a great car. My wife and I both have Jettas now!
Personal information such as that can be given via PM but not publicly because of privacy concerns.
